Service Description

Itinerary: Hotel pick up at 8am Air conditioned vehicle transport with local drive and guide to Kruje Entrance to the Ethnological Museum, located in a traditional house built in the middle of the 18th century A.D (1764), by Ismail Pashe Toptani. The museum features cultural exhibits of Albania traditional life. Entrance to the Museum of Skanderbeg & Castle This museum, inside the castle complex, opened in 1982 and its spacious seven-level interior displays replicas of armor and paintings depicting Skanderbeg's struggle against the Ottomans. The museum is something of a secular shrine, and takes itself very seriously indeed, with giant statues and dramatic battle murals Time in the bazaar, with the opportunity to shop for local trinkets and witness traditional handmade crafts. Next we enjoy a visit to one of our favourite wineries, a 1 hour tour of the winery and wine tasting 3 different wines, lunch & tapas are also included and views over the surrounding vineyards and rolling hillside. Enjoy some time chatting and drinking before you head back to Tirana. Hotel drop off included at a time to be determined locally. Guide is very flexible.
